EDMONTON, Feb. 13—Robert Edward Brown, a 21-year-old Toronto outfielder, has signed with Edmonton Eskimos of the Western International Baseball League.
Brown is a veteran of three years of professional baseball. He played last year with Phoenix, a New York Giant farm club in the Arizona-Texas League where he was chosen an all-star. He hit 28 home runs and had a batting average of .336
