WIL Moguls Meet Saturday
UNDATED, Sept. 24, 1953—The sprawing Western International League, beset by slack attendance and travel troubles, will hold a closed-door session Saturday the Commercial Hotel in Yakima.
League president Bob Brown, calling the meeting for 2 p.m., would not release the agenda.
However, the indication that some teams may fold and a movement to split the circuit into two leagues—one of lower classification—will give the owners plenty to talk about.
